Aggregation has been the core of our operation since inception and has helped us create an extensive network of small-holder farmers and medium size commercial farms to aggregate our produce under strict quality terms for our customers in the Brewery, feed milling and food processing industry.
Trading
Trading of cereals birthed the company and has remained the flagship and most profitable business. Maize/ Corn has been the leading agricultural commodity in this sector followed by soybeans. We are expanding our sourcing and market reach for sesame, sorghum, and cashew to grow our operation. Our key clients include Ghana Commodity Exchange (GCX), Guinness Ghana Breweries, Agricare ltd., Yedent group, Greater Accra Poultry Farmers Association (GAPFA), Premium foods etc.
Production
Our firm has since inception, partnered with small-holder farmers and other commercial farms for the sourcing of our products. We are setting up nucleus farms for our major commodities as anchors to our operation. The first phase of our operation will focus on Maize, Sorghum and Soybeans. Second phase will expand on the first and include sesame and perennials like cashwew and palm plantation (for fresh fruit bunch – FFB) Areas earmarked for production are Bamboi, Tumu, Yagaba, and Tekpa.
Logistics
Key to our business is our reliable logistical (storage & transport) support for our clients. Our expert team with rich knowledge and experience in logistics ensures the complete management of commodities in storage and in transit from origin to destination. We add value to our producers by providing mechanised services within the network of small-holder farmers to facilitate their production activities i.e., land preparation, planting and harvesting. Value is created for our producers through higher yields of produce and efficiency in their operation.
